Al-Azhar Park is one of Greater Cairo’s largest parks and one of the world’s largest and most beautiful parks.It is established on an area of 80 acres and has been used for more than a thousand years in the past as a dumpster for garbage and waste. The project was announced in 1984 and opened to visitors in 2005, although it took more than seven years to build, at a total cost of over £ 100 million.This beautiful site provides panoramic views and manicured gardens of the city.
